Perfect location at a reasonable price The hotel has 41 floors and 3 lifts. Sometimes one waits a long time to use them. Spectacular location close to Times Square. We were able to do a lot on foot from here. Very friendly staff.

Good base for exploring NYC Lifts were extremely slow. No priority for hotel guests to access the roof top bar. Great location. Clean room

Overall location was great and rooms were pleasant, do not recommend the valet parking. “Valet” parking was a hassle, to have the car taken AND to get it back. Waited almost two hours for our car. Be sure to plan in advance if using the elevator on the weekend. Make sure you’re ahead of time if you have an appointment for something. Perfect location, short walk to many different locations.

Retirement trip. At the time of my stay, only two elevators were working, which made the wait longer. But this didn't reflect our overall stay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome. Staff helpful and welcoming.
