Richard answered the phone on Sunday evening and was here within 1/2 hour. He did an excellent job. Remove old water heater and replaced with new one & new pressure valve.

Replaced the water pressure valve. Arrived a time as stated. Courteous and professional. Explained everything well & demonstrated Nice man. Had the part on truck. Called city & determined pressure from street to make sure the part was going to be correct. Installed in good time.
