Replace hose on kitchen faucet. Richard diagnosed the problem, we sent for a new faucet hose, called and asked for Richard to return and install the new faucet hose which he did. Works fine!! Took time to answer questions of importance to me regarding an appliance

All to often, customer write into complain. This time I want to compliment a job not only well done, but solved a decade old problem. On Jan. 9th, we lost all water pressure in our house.
