I have moved 16x's in the last 20 years due to job relocations, I have moved across the country twice. I moved 2 blocks this week and it was the worst move I have ever experienced. The 3 men showed up on time but then sat in the truck for 35 minutes before they started the move. The driver was inebriated and had a hard time speaking. I am glad these guys were available to help with my move! They were able to come only a few days after I called (poor planning on my part!) and moved me on a Sunday! Lorenzo Ives as the team lead, made sure everything was done carefully but quickly. He was super polite and really kept an eye on the entire process from start to finish. He made sure things were put where I wanted and that the items that needed to be packed (e.g. my very large, curved screen TV) were treated with care. All My Sons moved me this weekend and everything went smoothly and the process was so easy. Derek and his crew were amazing! They took great care of everything and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The guys were careful to make sure everything was safe and protected taken care of as it was moved. When they arrived at the new house they were amazing at placing the furniture and boxes where they needed to be and were so easy to work with and made sure I was happy with the location of everything before they left.

Exceptional customer service experience. Right from a non-pushy survey and quote, right through to a caring and well-led team of movers. They fulfilled all our needs and handled our property with respect. The team leader (Derek) was asking me good questions throughout to make sure the right stuff was being packed. The cost for our full service was certainly value for money. Thank you All-My-Sons!
