Absolutely the BIGGEST scam and rip off. I have a small 850 sq ft apartment, I’m not even moving a couch or loveseat. Simply a washer and dryer, a bed. Coffee table end tables and a few other small small pieces of furniture along with a 65 inch tv. These fools told me $4300 dollars to move my stuff 6 hours away. You can use pods for one third of the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CON ARTIST!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Tucker, is either incompetent about his estimation process, or just lies to get your deposit. He quoted me $2500 for all of my belongings. Charged me $5500.00 and that was only for half of my belongings. They sent a crew leader that was visibly under the influence of narcotics. He fell asleep in random parts of the house periodically. I have had my fair share of horrible customer service and crooks, but this COMPANY IS THE WORST. I wouldn’t want the devil himself to use the horrible service provided. From quoting us $400 less than what we had to paid, being 8 HOURS late for our assigned time wasting a day that we could have moved ourselves. I’d rather break my back with a case of beer with my friends than deal with the ignorance conveyed not only by the movers, but their front office with customer service. I scheduled a morning appointment they didn’t show till late afternoon they left several items after we move to our new place didn’t offer to go back and get them we brought the matter to the company‘s attention I spoke with a manager named “Tucker” very unprofessional rude And he offered nothing not worth it stay away from this company the worst 800$ dollars I spent in my life they also charge 90$ in fuel for a 6 mile drive but didn’t offer to go back and pick up the remaining items please stay away from this type of busine... read more

Used them in the past for clients of mine. They damaged their furniture and after they left, came back asking for more money from my clients (I paid for their move as a gift). The movers said their manager told them to go back for more money even though the balance was paid. Caveat emptor, buyer beware. My move this past weekend was a horror story using All My Sons. They were scheduled to arrive Saturday between 9 and 10 but the day before, their office left me a voicemail saying they may be a little later than 10 but should be there shortly after. So I was at our house waiting for them at 9:30AM. I sat there until 1:00PM when I started calling the office to find out what happened. They did not pack up whole house and left me with a full day left to pack what they left behind. They also said they will would tear down and move our wood outdoor swing set. Promised us for over a week they would come back and get it, now they say they can’t get it. HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY. Not pleased at all.
The operations manager Tucker was not truthful about the costs and when I questioned him he was super rude. The 2 guys they had move us were great with the exception one of them were throwing up in my bathroom . Over all I would never recommend this company.
