Many of our boxes were mismarked. We are still searching for items two weeks later. They did not reassemble our bed properly, misplaced the electrical plugin for it and our $2000 motion bed is static! We had several items damaged and others missing. To add insult to injury they high pressured us to provide them with a tip! I told them I would put it on my debit card I was using to pay. The supervisor said they could only take a check or cash. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company on move day to say we were unhappy with our move (unanswered)... I am giving feedback now. The worst move EVER!! Moving is stressful enough, and I am appalled at how much worse your company made it. Let’s start with the big item. Terrible experience. I️ DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! Using space in their truck to move their personal items which ultimately took space where mine should have gone, knocking holes in walls... and we still had to move quite a bit on our own.
Company was 7 hours late on my move out of my business into storage and I MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM AGAIN. It was because their crew actually did a good job in hot July heat and they took money off my invoice. So to move out of storage I used them again and that was SO STUPID OF ME! Now I see why they have they WORST reviews of any moving company in Columbus. Do yourself a favor - use someone else. Save yourself heartache. All My Sons Sucks! I booked these clowns to move me on 11/3/17 and they never showed. I booked them 3 or 4 weeks in advance. After I booked them and they took my $100 deposit, I never heard from them until 2 days before my move - and I had to call them. They told me they'd be out between 11am and 2pm. On 11/3, the day of the move, I called around 9am to confirm and they put me on hold for what seemed like 15 to 20 minutes - I hung up. If I could give negative stars I would! Please DO NOT use this company if you are moving in the Cleveland area!! Never have I ever felt so screwed over!! Initially the gentleman on the phone when I booked the move was so helpful. However, he conveniently "forgot" to mention the hour travel time, 12% gas charge, and not full coverage of my items if they got damaged! All these were emailed to me the night before!!
