Beware this company is unscrupulous. Horrible move. Worst move ever. Took 6hrs and refused to take everything. Took us 2 more days to move everything out on our own. Claimed there was no more room in truck but there was still room. Plus if they would have loaded truck more efficiently then they would have fit everything in. Also wouldn't remove 1 item on truck that we didn't want to take with us because it was already loaded on the truck even though it was easily available to get. Moved quickly but damaged my table with a 7 inch scratch. Over 1000.00 worth of damage and only wanted to pay 30.00. Completely disappointed and will never use them again.

This was the worst move I could possibly have imagined. They arrived late, the head mover was stoned and they broke 3-yes 3!- of the most important items in my Mothers home. They were leaving when I discovered a mirror missing so I stopped them and of course it was broken! I think they were hiding it in truck hoping I wouldn't notice! They dropped my 50" TV so it is irreparably damaged and dropped a glass table that we've had for 50 years. Just awful and no one wants to stand up for it. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!

Use someone else. In addition to being 2 hours late they charged me an extra charge to move a expensive mirror and then they broke it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently moved us in columbus, OH. Despite having a walk through and then a confirmation the day before the crew that showed up did not know they had to pack. They did remedy this quickly by sending one guy to get boxes and started packing with the boxes we already had from a previous move. However they did not hang our clothes properly in the wardrobe boxes and things were clearly just crammed into things. We did not move far and several things were missing when we unpacked.
