Made our experience selecting a rug very easy and simple. They focused on what was most important to us, in other words they listened. They guided us to the rug that was just right in both look and price. Installation was on time and professional. No complaints - i recommend them for any and all of your rug considerations.
Great service both in store and delivery/installation. I made an error in measurement needed and the delivery men found a solution and did extra work to solve the problem I caused. And the delivery came in a timely matter. Just delighted!!
The service at Allen Carpet was excellent. I went to Allen Carpet to purchase back splash for the kitchen and Andre worked very close with me to find the perfect match for the kitchen. I also worked with Mustaf to pick out the carpeting for my town home steps and his friendly demeanor was an added bonus. We had new carpet tiles installed in our condo hallways. Everything came out great. Kenny the owner helped us with the brand and colors. The workmen were responsible, neat and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.
I received new hard wood flooring and wood stair treads, everything turned out beautiful. I am very pleased with the job 100%. This store doesn't offer white risers for the stairs which is what I really wanted but it still turned out beautiful. Mohabeer was my go to guy!

We had our new home carpeted upstairs and all new wood floors downstairs. We were impressed with the time it took to prepare and install. They worked quickly and neatly! Our salesman even stopped by during the installation to make sure we were 100% satisfied! When we finish the basement, we're calling them back to complete that flooring as well.
