broken speaker on my phone was repaired very quickly
Made all Resolutions without consulting me
Had to make at least 5 calls to finally get covered for my damaged camera. Repairs will take a month with option of $50 eGift or $500 rental reimbursement. I asked around for renting a similar camera, mainly Glazers which is $125/day. Not nearly 1/4 of $500 to compensate the time while the camera is being fixed. Regardless, fortunate enough with the offer. $50 EGift is the better option than go through the hassle of reimbursements.

Phone arrived on time. But no display.
My Consumer cellular phone was dropped into the water. I tried all known methods to dry it out and get it to powerup. All me efforts were in vain. I called the warranty co. and a new phone was delivered in 3 days. I then returned the damaged phone back to the company as requested.
I spent a lot of time on the phone with squaretrade and they still couldn't solve my problem (even though my receipt shows purchase of a protection plan, they didn't see it in their system), so still no phone call, email from them.
The printhead on my printer quit, so I called the number inside my warranty booklet and they sent me a check right away
the phone arrived when they said it would.
