Spent to much time going back and forth about tv replacement/options. To this date, I have not received tv replacement or any type of reimbursement.

I had to speak to three different representatives to get the claim started. One rep wanted me to reset factory settings and didn’t know the unit had to have at least a 30% charge. The reason for the return was the unit wasn’t charging more than 1% which he knew.

Okay, I purchased insurance through SquareTrade. When my phone died their response was to take it to a local repair shop and pay out of my pocket and they would reimburse me sometime in the future. Without knowing the problem the agent kept saying they will deduct $85 for water damage or dropping. To get to that stage I had to first call them fill out an online questionnaire then call again. If I purchased the insurance from the carrier all I would do is drop the phone off at a store.

bought computer from staples with many problems,including defective keyboard,have to call u people everytime it stops typing and u fix it everytime,its a pain in the neck,but that's what I have to do,i din,t find it fair,but,i,m sick of trying to get a new one,and I bought all the protection and warrrantys

It was horrible They sold me a warranty and when the product broke die to being defective and wear and tear they had me send it in and returned it unrepaired saying it was bit covered They ****!!! Stand behind what you advertise dont come years later with fine print that you changed yesterday for all i know bad bad bad i am not a satisfied customer Update: was contacted ny the company and they promised to reimburse me for the item rather than having me ship it a second time. My phone screen was cracked so I scheduled to have it replaced. The technician said they offer brand new batteries during a change. Not even a week later after getting my screen fixed my phone blacked out. I took it to Apple to see what the problem was and they confirmed many things wrong with the picture. 1. The battery has an apples logo that was blacked out with a sharpie marker. I had purchased a regular warranty for a computer headset. The padded adjustment band of the headset (meant to provide a better fit to your head) , it's cables attaching it to one side of the headset broke. Contacted SquareTrade, they couldn't find the support for the manufacturer so they gave me a label to FedEx them the headset for repair. Poor, Disappointing you purchase a warranty and Square Trade will find a loop hole to weasel out of making good on business. Buyer beware and steer clear of Square Trade if a warranty is offered.
