From the start of my bathroom renovation to the end each of the crews, beginning with Adam and Chris, carpenters, and ending with Darrel the plumber the workmanship has been professional and precise. The biggest problem I’ve encountered is with the project manager. His ineffectiveness as a project manager and his lack of skills in scheduling as well as communication has led to nothing but frustration on my part. Were it not for the outstanding performance of the workers, I would have preferred doing business elsewhere.

Sean Okimoto helped me a great deal when my husband's study was flooded and I was a distressed homeowner. Sean brought samples to our house on an almost-emergency basis, explained the differences in types of weaves etc., took virtually exacting measurements and arranged a fast installation by two expert workmen who did a remarkable job. Arrived early to pick up our custom rug and the rug wasn't on the pickup rack. Ty who was helping us, literally ran through the warehouse and eventually found our rug. Ty then realized that I was going to load it into my SUV, so he took the rug back into the warehouse and shrink wrapped it to protect both the new rug and the interior of my SUV. Thanks Ty for the exceptional service.

I had tile and carpet done in my bedrooms over 2 days. Jakob was easy to work with and helped me decide on what was best for my lifestyle and home. He also help me get back on track when another vender derailed my whole project. Arnell, Chris and Jr. were my installation crew. These three guys were the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. They focused on the job, kept me updated, did top notch work and left absolutely no mess. The entire experience was better than any I have ever had in terms of purchasing carpet and having it installed. Jakob White was a very patient salesman and the team of John, Jeff and Destin did an amazingly quick and thorough job of removing old flooring and installing new carpet. I was impressed with their attention to detail about protecting the contents of my home while they did their job. I would happily recommend American Carpet One.

I was here visiting my brother and he took on this renovation after stopping by American Carpet One show room. From the sales clerk Chassidy , Aaron and Brent who came out to measure the rooms to the excellent crew Jeffery ,Dave , Chris M , Marc, Alika and Jonathan who were fabulous. We even had a power outage and they continued to work. The team was professional, courteous and positive. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Thank you Thank you
