ACS was assigned as the installer for our vinyl flooring project from Home Depot. I have to say we were very hesitant after reading some of the recent 1 star reviews but that did not reflect our experience at all. We found them very professional and communicative throughout the process. Home Depot was a bit slow to ship the order (couple of weeks) but ACS stayed in contact with us to make sure we were able to get the install scheduled as soon as the materials arrived. ACS was the flooring installers from Home Depot. Christian showed up on time, did a flawless job and everything was neat and tidy when he left. He had 2 other helpers. But other than take empty boxes to the truck and sweep up the sawdust when the job was complete, i think Christian had done all the measuring, cutting and installing on his own. I would recommend Christian for your home project. He did an excellent job. My hallway looks amazing.
We bought carpet through Home Depot in New Freedom, PA. The guys from ACS who installed it did a great job. They really hustled. They arrived on time and got right to work pulling out the old nasty carpet and padding. I wanted to vacuum around the bottom edges of the walls, and they backed out of my way and let me have at it. Afterwards, they moved in and quickly and efficiently laid the new padding and carpet, even carefully checking to make sure the “grain” of the carpet matched up correctly where it was seamed. ACS (Home depot carpet installer contractor) subcontract carpet installers who are not professionals. They did not care about my new carpet, just to cut it, the place the roll on the road where there is car oil, dirt, etc. I was hoping they would use a kind of protector to avoid the contact with the pavement. They did no use footwear protector when installed the carpet and continuously stepped on the new carpet with the shoes dirty.
