Easy to work with and get ahold of them either via phone or email.
Phone customer service is polite, but mechanical and disingenuous in tone & somewhat patronizing. I want to feel like I'm talking to an American, not someone overseas who seems disconnected to my concerns. I also had an issue with getting a contractor. It worked out, but it should not have required me calling a service provider or me getting an email telling me to contact the one that was initially referred.
Work done well and fast. I had a different insurance for years it was not fast to respond in fact it took months to fix somethings. But since I've changed to AHS its been professional and fast to respond and completed there jobs on time. Even thur this difficult times.
Very responsive and efficient. One time my call dropped and the representative called me back right away.
I can call day or night. And for the most part get help on what ever is wrong with in 24 hours.
Promptly acting to solve requested solving problems
The response I received when I had a claim was very prompt and pleasant. Premiums are reasonable considering how much they cover. Very glad I signed up.
They have always been good to me. A mixup here and there, but they always make it right.
