I’ve been with Home Shield for a few years and I really like them. They always fix what ever is broke in my home.

Quick response and completed repair quickly once part was received
We have had very good service with respect to requesting service and getting quick service calls. However, when our dishwasher was broken beyond repair it took almost 4 months and many phone calls to both HSA and the service provider before I got my new dishwasher. That said the new dishwasher I got was top quality.
They’ve taken good care of me when I’ve had issues with my furnace (4x) and my toilet (3x)
Usually Good. Have had no-shows, no call before arrival, no answer to written complaints. Service has improved over the last couple of years. They seem to have trouble keeping their site up to date, especially service history.
