I was able to initiate a service request online and followed it up with a phone call. I was provided with the vendor contact details whom I contacted and scheduled an appointment. The vendor was very professional and fixed my dishwasher within minutes.
I bought a house with this and also sold a house with this. Great decision - they didn't play games and they were responsive and prompt for appointments to schedule repairs.
I FEEL LIKE WHEN I CALLED THEM TO REPORT MY ISSUE, THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION AND ROUTED IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL AND SCHEDULED MY SERVICE REQUEST.
