I have had no problems and use this service a couple times a year and have been happy with American Home Shield. I would recommend to a friend.
AHS is ok. A higher rating would be given if I was grading AHS only. Their vendors can be slow at times providing needed services.
Expensive monthly commitment, service is often not provided quickly when needed.
