The repair service takes too long to get serviced. I had a service request to repair the water heater but it took a week for the AHS to have a contractor come to my house to diagnose the problem and it takes the last 3 weeks to get the contractor to respond with a fix. I still haven't got any response back from AHS on what to do next. Very disppointing.

Because you said you cover sump pumps but have a clause that won't cover it you need to send a full explanation for every it you cover and why you wont cover italso you set up another contractor to come to the house and there has been no response

I filed a claim with American Home Shield (AHS) on June 21, 2020. I had a leaking water heater and my tenant called a plumber who came out and said that the water regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. The water regulator was making the water pressure too high in the house which was causing the leak on the water heater. I told my tenant that I would call my home warranty. I had a leak in one of my pipes. AHS plumber came out on 5/18/2020 determined we needed a leak detection company come out, never received a call, finally found my own company to come out. Long story short, still have not heard from AHS, got my own repair done, AHS was supposed to call with a cash out proposal on Wed, June 3, 2020.
