Request service is easy. But the cost keeps going up every year

Still waiting on a leak to be fixed that dates back to November! It is now January, and still nothing has been done!
There kinda high priced. And should cover more parts.

I had a Pluming problem, and they didn't fix it right the first time, I had to call AHS to send them back. My drip pan on my AC leaked over it had a bad sensor, again it still didn't work right, they had to return. What really upset me was it stained my celling, and AHS would not pay to replace the insulation that got wet, nor would they paint my celling either, that was caused from the drip pan sensor, caused the drip pan to overflow.

First exposure, several calls were unanswered. When I finally got through, it was the height of summer and our air conditioner went out. I was told they could have someone come out in three weeks. The second call was about our furnace leaking water. It took them a few days to find someone in our area, but he did do a good job.

They don't cover too much, still have to come out of pocket for repairs. Paid close to 1,000 to repair a.c.
