David B. was amazing to speak to. So friendly. Knowledgeable and super calm with explaining what is best for me. I am forever greatful to having David help me and Americor is just better with David being a representative of them. Great customer service. I was on the phone with David for almost 4 hours and it was more chitchat and life experience convo ! I hate being on the phone but i really enjoyed my time with David! I've been in the program since August of 23. So almost 8 months and just had my first account closed. I knew it would be a lengthy process but when I started this was told it usually only takes 2 to 3 months for the first account to close. Just a little inpatient.
My first time with this Co. However their presentation is excellent It covers all aspects of my concern.
