Americor associates was so knowledgeable and helpful Jay who I spoke to walk me throughout my application and make me feel at ease explaining me all my options. He can feel my anxiety about my debts and help me to make the right decision. Now I’m just waiting for my debt to be settled.
Too "hard" sell, had to change things twice to get it right, but they did get it done.. Instead of doing what I suggested, they pushed it through and then I had to all but "fight" to get it right. Waiting to see if it gets done according to the way they say it will. I am going to yell so LOUDLY if they don't get it right. we will see.
I like the idea that every situation that happens with the account,I am informed and everyone is always very respectful and Friendly.
