I give Amit the highest rating available. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He offered the best rate of any other lenders that I had contact with. He delivered on everything promised and there were absolutely no issues with underwriting or closing. I would definitely use him again as well as refer him to others.

I am very pleased with Amit's work, he was very helpful and made the mortgage loan process very easy on me. He or one of his subordinates answered all of my questions promptly and followed up with me very regularly throughout the process. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and his company Atlantic Coast Mortgage to prospective loan buyers. They also gave me the most competitive rate when I priced out several lenders.

Amit talked through loan options with me over many phone calls and was always knowledgeable and friendly. After locking in a rate, he then turned us over to Carolina and the rest of his team to complete the loan process. Carolina recommended a settlement company and was very patient in answering all of my questions.

They are discerning in all their paperwork, making sure every t is crossed and i is dotted for the underwriting process.
