I highly recommend Amit. My wife and I met with several lenders, and nearly all of them spoke in a way that I personally could not understand. To be clear, my wife is the one who did most of the online research regarding lending, so she was most prepared going into the meetings. I didn't do any preparation, so I went in to each meeting with a blank slate. We used Amit and his company when we purchased our home in 2012. In fact we almost used him for our original home purchase in 2009 but he told us that the deal we had gotten from another company was better and we should stick with it. His integrity, expertise and honesty are what clearly brought us back to him the second go round. He was wonderful on so many levels, but the best part about it was the time he took to actually educate us on what exactly was occurring with the loan. A++ service. I would never go to anyone else.

Met Amit Kaim through my Realtor and lady friend, helping me purchase the single ground floor condo. A friend of mine was trying to purchase the unit, as she was presently living there but was having difficulty with her financial situation. I offered to her the option of me buying the place as long as she would pay the mortgage as a rental to me. She agreed. The rest is a complete fairy tale. We eventually married 8 months later. We have worked with Amit a couple of times for our refinancing. Each time, we had the best customer service from him. He goes the extra distance to help us understand the options as well as recommend what is best for us, not the other way around. If a particular option doesn't work for us, he tells us so and doesn't try to sell us anything unnecessary.
