I worked with Eric on installment of new carpet for my home. He provided excellent service answering all of my questions and coming out to my house to address concerns I had about logistics of moving furniture. The installation crew was excellent as well. They were very polite and walked around the house with me to go over specific instructions I had regarding the carpet installation. The carpet looks great and is high quality. I would definitely recommend Andy's to anyone else considering new flooring.
Worked with Walter at Andy's 5* for new family room carpet. Great experience; he helped us select a wonderful choice and scheduled the install. The installers (Ricardo and Ramone) arrived on time and were exceptional! They were meticulous with every aspect of the install. Left everything clean, and we couldn't be happier. Pros to be sure. HIGHLY recommended!
Excellent experience start to finish. Went to this store based on friend’s experience & recommendation, following going to Floor & Decor: no help available, overwhelmed. Salesman Walter knows his stuff; his recommendations were spot on. We replaced UGLY floral carpet with large profile LVP tile in our craft room. Installer Alex polite, considerate, & skilled. I would recommend this store highly.
This is my second time working with Walter from Andy's 5 Star Flooring, and he's consistently excellent. Their prices are competitive, and they carry both high-end and mid-tier products with quick access to material samples. When my wife and I needed new flooring due to water damage, Walter and his team delivered the materials to our house within three days. I highly recommend Andy's 5 Star Flooring and will continue to use them for all my future flooring needs.
The carpet looks great and Jose helped us to get it installed quickly. The only complaint we have is they didn’t vacuum. Jose says it was because it was done in a hurry, so, okay, but what a mess of little carpet bits everywhere. Nice carpet though, and nice people.
