Excellent experience start to finish. Went to this store based on friend’s experience & recommendation, following going to Floor & Decor: no help available, overwhelmed. Salesman Walter knows his stuff; his recommendations were spot on. We replaced UGLY floral carpet with large profile LVP tile in our craft room. Installer Alex polite, considerate, & skilled. I would recommend this store highly.
The experience with the Mt Vernon store was perfect. Jose Rodriguez and his team provided excellent assistance, timely installation and great pricing for our new GAIA floor. We recommend the entire team for a worry-free project.
We had a lot of heavy furniture to move and some very squeaky floors. The installation crew did an excellent job of figuring out how to make the job go smoothly, and they went far beyond our expectations to correct the squeaks in our 45 year old flooring. We highly recommend Andy's 5 Star flooring.
The hardwood floor came out even better than we anticipated! Dave was very accommodating to a few specific installation requests and worked with us to get just what we wanted while ensuring that the choices would lead to a great install. Installation happened right on time this morning and the installer was super professional and cleaned up the areas really nicely. Pretty painless from start to finish and we LOVE the new floor. Thanks again!
Very knowledgeable and helpful for the sale of flooring. Everything else was terrible. Took them forever to find the trim I bought, both times. Not really interested in taking back returned items. Quoted multiple restock fees and wouldn’t take back trim I didn’t need after they told me I should get it. Every time I went in (3 times) after the sale I just felt like I was bothering them.
