I want to thank Jeremy Wright for coming out to my house within hours of me reaching out for help. We were in the middle of warming up our pool when the heater lost power, we had a pool opening party planned and was afraid we would have to cancel because the pool would be too cold for use adults to swim in comfortably. He showed up about 6 pm and figured out within five minutes we had a wire come loose. He fixed the wire and verified the other wires were secure and our pool was back to warming up. The pool maintenance service from Anthony & Sylvan has been great!! Mission is very professional and friendly!! He also loves our dog, which, is great and such a relief since she’s usually out in the yard when he comes. Highly recommended!!
I am not normally one to write reviews but felt I needed to for this experience! I finally made the bold decision to get a pool for me and boys in our backyard, saying goodbye to the old wooden playset that rarely got used, and hellloooooo to a beautiful backyard oasis!! My experience with Anthony Sylvan was superb from start to finish. Though most recognize the on site work, I want to take a minute to express my gratitude for the work that goes on on the back end. I have had a fabulous experience dealing with Dexter Montague. Dexter was always kind, helpful, prompt, and always quickly responsive to all my requests or changes. We were extremely excited to get our first pool at our newly built home. We were presently surprised, how smooth the build process went until we reached the decking phase. It was apparent from the beginning that JB Concrete lacked experience. The pitfalls: Pool shell contractor backed up over our newly laid lawn.
