After reading excellent online reviews about Apollo Flooring, we went into the store. Michael helped us and explained the advantages of different brands of carpeting as well as tile selections. We purchased tile and carpeting, but wanted to wait until after the holidays for installation. I chose to purchase the US Floors cork flooring from Apollo Flooring because of my salesperson Michael. Michael was professional, knowledgeable(suggested a color that I hadn't considered and eventually purchased) and kept me up-to-date on the products delivery. Steve Kaplan was able to accomplish what other flooring reps could not ... he found the very special wood necessary to fix our damaged flooring. From start to finish the job was handled professionally. Steven worked within our budget to provide us with a beautiful vinyl plank floor. The installation crew was headed by Richard and they were very efficient as they moved all of the furniture and replaced at the end of the job. We would highly recommend this company.
Our salesman, Scott was very knowledgeable and helped us find a luxury vinyl floor that looks like the hardwood floor we had to replace. The installation team was professional and neat. They moved the furniture with utmost care. We would definitely use Apollo again.
Michael Maurer was wonderful to work with and his consulting was very helpful. The installers were efficient and neat. The whole experience was excellent. Certainly will use them again
The selection of flooring options at the store along with Mike’s expertise made flooring selection a very pleasant and productive experience.
