great service, installers were on time, neat, great job. i will absolutely use this company for any future jobs.
We are very pleased with our new carpet, installation, and our salesperson, Stuart. After shopping at several other dealers, we found a carpet that we really liked. Apollo did not carry that particular line of carpet, but Stuart found a source, obtained a sample for verification, and gave us a better price than the original store we went to. The carpet we selected had some attributes that called for a knowledgeable installer and that's what we got. The installer was on time, very experienced, and professional.
Salesperson, Stuart, very easy to work with and very accommodating. Installers fast, efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
Great thorough and efficient team of installers of our choice of laminate wood flooring through Apollo Flooring by Flores Flooring. We love our new look! New flooring has helped our allergies too!
For a recent flooring remodel job, I went back to Apollo Flooring as they were able to provide tile for another job at a competitive price and were very helpful when I first went to them. For my recent floor covering needs, I gave Apollo the mfg style/color of tile and they beat the price of the store where I found the tile. They were also very helpful in selecting my new carpet and beat the prices of the other companies. Good service and prices.
Apollo flooring was a breeze from beginning to end. It was everything you would hope. Low pressure sales that offer advice without pressure scrim Stewart - even to the point of suggesting a lower priced choice. And then a great installation team that felt more like friends that installers. They were amazing. I had heard so many terrible stories from singing competitors who leave jobs incomplete etc. I felt like I got high quality and high service- both!
On 3/31/16 we got our new carpet installed by Mr. John Dews. Mr. Dews was as nice and professional as can be. We want to give him a special thank you so that you can know that because of Mr. Dews professional attitude and his knowledge of how to install our new carpet we will be looking foward to coming to Apollo for our future needs in our other homes and rooms.
