How can we express our experience with Arbor Zen in a few words? WE LOVE OUR NEW FLOORS! The folks at Arbor Zen worked with us through a tough remodel and when it was time had their amazing and experienced crew come in and - poof - it only took a day for them to install our lovely new flooring! We absolutely love our Arborzen hardwood floors. It was a pleasure dealing with Grayson and his crew. The floors are beautiful and unbelievably smooth. The Bona finish has proven durable, beautiful, and there was little to no off-gassing. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with our hardwoods! Thank you Arborzen!
This company not only does a fantastic job on wood flooring, they are nature aware. They plant replacement trees for our environment..The photos of the houses they have completed iare so unique. They are the best in my opinion!
We had a leak in our kitchen and powder room that ruined our hardwood floors. This was especially bad cause the wood for the floors came from trees removed from the homesite. Greyson was so patient through the insurance process. His team did an outstanding job, can’t even tell a difference in the existing floors and the new floors. Even though we know what happened it will always look like the original and for that we are very appreciative!!!!
Grayson is absolutely wonderful! He does what he says he’ll do in a very timely manner. His customer service is excellent! I would definitely use him again. Thank you Grayson, keep up the great work ethic you have.
Grayson and his crew were simply wonderful They did everything perfectly and were extremely accommodating and professional. They replaced hardwood floors that were water damaged and did everything they could to get us back into our home as quickly as possible. Grayson and his crew was awesome from start to finish. They were flexible, timely, efficient, and did a beautiful job. One thing thing that stood out in comparison to other companies we considered was their impeccable attention to detail. They were able to perfectly match the new flooring we installed in our bedrooms to the existing flooring in our great room. Grayson also gave us great tips for the long-term care of our flooring. ArborZen was a joy to work with!
This is our second project we have used Grayson for floors in our home. Once again we are very pleased. Grayson is easy to work and communicate with.
