Worth the effort to get in the parking lot. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. High end options at reasonable prices. Lots of options.
Kind, informed, friendly and caring service with no pressure. Went looking for carpet for our new home, found drawer pulls and backsplashes to boot. No bull, just facts and a comfortable atmosphere to make your home decorating choices.
We had Arizona Floors install flooring throughout our whole house. After a couple of years...the carpet started to buckle. We contacted Arizona floors who immediately sent the carpet layers out and had our carpet looking like new again. They didn't need to do that since the warranty had expired but they went over and above what we had expected.
We contacted them to refloor a section of our house, we scheduled a rep to come. And they measured and we went down the following day to select tiles and they said they would contact us with a quote that never happened. We followed up 6 days later and they still have not responded.
Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Our carpet looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend giving Robert a call!
