He took time to listen to what I wanted, made recommendations and never once tried to up sale me! Purchased carpeting for two bedrooms in March of 2019. Noticed carpet in a bedroom was loose at the doorway to walk-in closet. Came and restretched the carpet. Noticed after installers left my TV in bedroom had no signal. Realized the TV cable under the carpet was damaged. Installers returned and we replaced the cable no problem. After 2 1/2 years came and repaired my carpet at no cost. Highly recommend Arizona Warehouse Floors.
We had termites coming up from a crack in the slab in our bedroom, we had the termites treated but the crack was uneven and ran the entire length of the floor. We chose a vinyl plank to be put down. Our installer Casimiro was great! had to grind the slab to level it and fill the crack prior to installing the flooring. He was able to finish the job in one day but finished late in the evening, we felt bad for him staying all day to complete the job in one day so we bought him dinner for staying late. The husband and wife team helped us each step of the way providing tips and insights into the selection and care of our new floors. The installers did an outstanding job! My wife and I replacing all the carpet and tile in our house with wood flooring and this place has a great selection for all your flooring needs! But that was not the best part. The customer service was outstanding. The husband and wife Duo had all the answers to every question, and even answered the questions we didn't know we needed to ask. A real pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable and caring. Learned more about flooring options in one visit than I gained in multiple visits at much larger flooring stores. Equally important was the installation. Nathan and Krissa were wonderful. They spent time with us as we tried to find the right type/color of carpet to replace the flooring we’ve had for over 30 years. Our kitchen and dining room wood-grain ceramic tile was laid with care and precision.
