Overall - they did a great job of laying down the tiles; Dave did an outstanding job. The main negative that bothered me was after I realized a toilet which was placed (a bathroom job) was loose, I got no response back, which is why I give them 4/5 - not 5/5.
Arocon was outstanding in every respect. The job was done well, quickly, and at an excellent price. I spoke with the manager, the estimator, and the crew leader. All were well informed, responsive and conscientious. They all proved to be men of their word. For four decades, I've dealt with contractors around the country for several properties I've owned, and Arocon rates among the very best I've ever worked with. This small company could give lessons in customer service to much larger firms.

From the beginning, Arocon was extremely professional and impressive. Their estimate was competitive and their plan far surpassed any of the other estimates I received. They scheduled me quickly and followed up on their work. I highly recommend them!

There was a little hiccup with the scheduling but they got they guys out there on a saturday. It took them all day saturday and some of sunday as well, but the guys worked hard through out the whole day saturday until it was dark out.
