Eric one of the owners can to my house on schedule basically to give me an estimate. However, he was able to fixed the problem which was a hole in the vent gasket or something like that. He took pictures before and after to let me see his work. He is very friendly and I thought the job was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I was very pleased with the job that Arocon did on my roof. The contractor was very prompt in coming out to look at my roof (which was leaking) and even came out early Sunday morning to fix the multiple problems he found wrong. In order to prove that he wasn't just making things up, he took pictures with his phone (before and after) and spent an appropriate amount of time explaining what I was looking at. The quote was very fair for the work done.
Excellent communication. Excellent work. Took photos before and after and emailed them to me. Roof and chimney photos. It has rained hard since the work was completed. No leaks. I would recommend them. Also the chimney work was done by Bruce Meller. Excellent work. Both cleaned up afterward. Thank you Service Magic! You make my job easier.
