We had a very good experience with Arrowhead Carpet and Tile. We bought a reasonably priced nylon carpet for 4 bedrooms. This was more than 1000 sq. Ft. I wanted my baseboards replaced as well since I had upgraded them in other parts of my house when I replaced flooring. They brought it out earlier than the day of install so I could paint it first. Arrowhead Carpet and Tile in Glendale. Could not of been more helpful, reasonable and did a fantastic job with our trade show carpet and installation. They were prompt, professional and the quality of the carpet was really nice and at a fair price. Thank you guys for all you help. We are looking forward to coming back to Arrowhead in Glendale. We originally purchased three rooms of wood flooring and three rooms with light cream colored carpet. After about six months we started noticing four 6” wide dark uniform lines running almost the full length of the three rooms, some darker and longer than the others but all could be seen. After a carpet cleaner inspected it he could only get 40 to 50% of the stain up. Tom and Connie have helped us with all of our flooring needs with our prior home and our new home. Between carpet, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl, we always felt we got the best product and at extremely fair pricing. Installers have always been professional and have worked towards perfection. Tom and Connie were very professional and at the same time made us feel like dear friends! Their experienced input was very helpful and we were so glad to make a comfortable informed selection of tile. Material was as expected and their installers did a wonderful job!! We hired Arrowhead Carpet, Tile and Interiors to tile the majority of our second level, and they did an amazing job from helping me select the flooring to the craftsmanship. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their customer service. When we have the first floor done, we know where to go.
