Great place to live Recently moved from another new complex that's in the downtown area. It had lots of amenities however their rates don't compare to what I can get at artisan. That was so much to do here on the complex. The staff is always available for any questions. I love the feel of being in a residential area but still close to all the activities that the downtown area offers.

Business response:

Thank you for reaching out to us at Artisan Hill! We're always happy to hear about the experience of our guests and residents, and hope you'll stop by the rental office to speak with our leasing team! We're always on the look out for ways we can improve your experience!

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT MATTERS The WORST experience ever! Management does NOT answer the phone & when they do they have very inexperienced people working who will LIE to you and avoid the questions that you have. The property manager will NOT get back with you, save yourself the headache.

Business response:

Thank you so much for reaching out to us about your experience! We are so sorry to hear that we may have dropped the ball for you, and we're committed to improving based on your feedback. We would love for you to stop by to meet our office staff and maintenance teams, and to begin rebuilding our relationship! Thank you again for your feedback!
