We had a great experience with Artisan Wood Floor. We have a hardwood floor, which was water damaged from a pipe leak. George visited our home, did the estimate, and explained what to expect. He also sanded a portion of our floor to identify the type of oak wood we had under the finish and ordered the wood early to replace the damaged floorboards. They were to install bullnose … Installer said .. be easier for them if they installed a narrower piece on the stairs… Said sure if it saves u time… Not ONCE did this guy tell me it wasn’t bullnose …. But square edge … This Victor refuses to replace it with what I ordered … Unless I pay for it !!… I have to pay and install a stair runner so we at least walk up and down the stairs without footwear Do t use these guys… they are NOT an honest biz. Tells u something when this guy is NOT even BBB accredited . Beware !!... read more
