Mason with Aruza Pest Control rang my doorbell and made some VERY inappropriate gestures with his mouth on our doorbell camera. Our doorbell video pops up on our TV when rung, so my young daughter got to witness these very disturbing gestures. Aruza should be much more careful about who they allow to canvas neighborhoods because we will NEVER use their services and neither will our neighbors.
These guys will not stop coming up to my door and knocking! They have woken up our sleeping baby and my husband who is on night shift. It’s so bad, I’ve spend $35 on amazon ordering doorbell covers and signs for the porch!
Solicitor woke up me up. Instead of asking if it was a good time, started his speech. I told him we have Terminix and rather than get the hint, continues to ask me why I had called out Terminix. Soliciting is tacky. If I need pest control, I’ll call you. If not, maybe don’t walk across my grass instead of the sidewalk and wake up the family.
RecommendedJust had a solicitor come to my door. Refused to leave any information unless I made an appointment. Then asked to come inside for a glass of water. Really sketchy.
Worst customer service ever will not respond to my complaint had home sprayed on 19th and person didn’t even ring doorbell to say they were there called today due to ants was told a manager would call me back and was never called back
These guys are completely nuts. Came to our “no solicitation” neighborhood and stayed for hours. The neighborhood app is abuzz with them beating on people’s doors as many as four times in one day. Came to our house multiple times in one day as well. Waited on people to get out of cars in their driveways and cornered them at their own homes. Knocked on my windows and doors for over four minutes the first time. I have this all on camera. Might be a better use of money to have less window knockers and more commercials or ads. We were not happy with them after the first treatment (they came on a rainy day) , but we can't quit the contract without huge fee. Be aware of what you sign up for , guys. We paid almost $500, and it wasn't worth it.

used Aruza for two years and never had a problem. But my mother got sick and we decided to quit using any service. Azura was very nice about it. Even offered a discount and a no contract deal. Which we used for a few months. Great customer service. So now I needed some help. Different problem. And I didn’t no where to turn for an honest answer. And not be taken advantage of.
