We did not sign up for Aruza Pest to use our water when they come to service our house. It is not legal and ethical that we pay Aruza Pest and they turn around and use our water.
Terrible customer service! Did a treatment and blower broke to finish but put in invoice everything was completed. Now waiting for them to complete what I already paid for. On hold numerous times 15 minutes or better.
By getting rid of the bugs & spiders
Louis was here for less than 20 minutes. He did nothing to treat the palmetto bugs I had reported and nothing to protect my home from termites. I am quite disappointed that this service is not what I expected.
We scheduled a mosquito spraying for Monday between 10 and 12. They never showed up. They never called to reschedule or cancel. Not even the next day. We couldn't reach anyone via phone, so we just eventually cancelled via email.
So I pay Aruza Pest Control to spray for everything including mosquitoes, which I pay extra for. I am getting bitten by mosquitoes and hanging out with spiders, inside and out. I called to complain and they told me if I cancel I have to pay them almost $200. Why when your service is the problem? I had Black Pest Control for years and never had a problem with any bugs. Check out just a couple of my problems...
Horrible company. Trick you in a contract then they don’t do as they say they will do. They are no better than a door to door cable salesman.
They killed my Azaleas!! Money is being debited from my husband's acct and we are still dealing with spiders. I will be requesting a refund and I WANT MY BUSHES REPLACED!
I started service in July, had a disaster first treatment. They did reschedule and sent someone back out. Not sure about that treatment. I saw him only spray garage and deck and some upstairs. Maybe things have changed but in past I have had whole house sprayed. Paid for Mosquito and snake. When he was here ask to come back and spray for that due to possible storm.
