Everyone was polite and we were seen to very quickly. Angela was able to help me quickly. A young couple left while we were waiting and they appeared to be quite satisfied. As a matter of fact, I will be going there tomorrow for gastric problems experienced this last week.

Besides just one of the receptionists being a little rude on the phone, everything was fine. The process for getting Covid tested (once you're at the location) is tedious considering the 4 separate phone calls and being on hold for 5-6 minutes after my "hold my spot" appointment. I was tested for Covid, strep, mono, & the flu. The nurse was so sweet and helpful and the doctor was also kind and I left well informed on what to do next. Provider Angela Fitzpatrick was very rude and condescending upon my arrival to the front desk reception. I came in with abdominal pain, fatigue, and lightheadedness and she was ver dismissive of my concern that I may be in the early stages of a bacterial infection. After Angela explained that I would need to receive a blood test (which they couldn't do there, which okay no problem) she literally scoffed at me and walked away. Awful customer service. I appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic but there are certain practices and approaches that transcend these times. I booked in using "hold my spot" for a 12pm appointment. Which they make sound like an appointment but it's not. They make you wait in your car til they text you to come in. It took 75 mins for them to take me to a consultation room. 25 mins further to see someone. Even though they have all my contact details. Went in for a COVID-19 test for my daughter, the staff talked us into the non rapid test as they said the lab test was more accurate. They ensured us results would be available in 48 hours (two separate phone calls). Called back after the two days and they are now saying 4-6 days to get the results back. Urgent Team- Give ACCURATE information to your patients so they can make the most informed decision given their circumstances. I would have got the rapid test if results were not available for a week. RIDICULOUS!!!
