We have had a great business relationship with Ascentium Capital, LLC. over many years. They were there for us when we were a young company by starting our relationship with equipment leases with a small buy back amount, which other companies would not do. Over the years, with one phone call they have been there for us, both on equipment leases and short term cash flow loans. Christopher, my contact at Ascentium is always attentive to my needs. He listens to what amount I'm looking at borrowing, what term length and repayment amount that I would like to budget for. Before signing papers, Christopher has always personally explained the exact details such as amounts, terms, interest, payback schedule, and buy back amount on equipment leases to make sure that I understand them and have no surprises after closing. Also, unlike other capital lending companies, Ascentium has never been aggressive about lending us money when we are not in need of funds for a lease or loan at the time. Nor have they pushed us on borrowing higher amounts just because we qualify for them.

Ascentium capital has been great to me financing my truck with affordable payments. But since covid I have been set back luckily it was a month. I have one of the best agent or customer service Stephanie Island. She handle all of my situation for years she is awesome. But lately I have been harassed by this so call specialist agent from Ascentium capital name London McWashingston. He makes the company reputation look bad and makes me feel like NOT wanting to further do business with Ascentium capital. Company is great but all it takes is for one person work ethics to bring it down. I'm just saying.... Hopefully things one day I may have a change of heart..... They need more people like Stephanie Island she is awesome to work with.......
