Dudley was here when he said he would be. He was very polite and respectful. He got right to work on the issues and was able to explain to me what was the problem. He fixed the issues and was on his way. It was refreshing to have some one tell me what needed to happen and then accomplish the repair the same day. Great experience. Thanks Dudley.
