Everyone in the office was amazing, especially Nathan. I mean wow! He was just awesome. Nathan is handsome too.
At first I was a bit apprehensive due to embarrassment but that was put to rest as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted in the most courteous and professional manner. Everything was well explained and never once did I feel they were trying to sell products or services I didn't need. I would recommend the Brattleboro location to anyone looking for a life-changing experience.
Everyone was polite, respectful, and very kind. Great smiles and great attitude with patients and staff too!!

Gail was awesome! I appreciated the text reminder! Although, I was not aware until after the cleaning, when my bill was presented, that it was out of pocket and It was not covered under my dental insurance. This is the first cleaning I have ever paid out of pocket. If I was notified by Aspen that I could wait two weeks to get a free cleaning paid for by my insurance, I would have waited, because it was a routine / preventative cleaning VS emergency!

Very pleasant experience. Normally don't like the dentist.
First of all, the office management changed so there were many matters that I was able to clear up so I was able to return and actually receive proper care. The new dentist was kind, patient and he explained step by step what he was doing and having had dentures twice,..the way he's doing them now is thorough and meticulous.
