Excellent love that place, always on time and efficient.
I am really happy with my experience at Aspen dental, the staff was professional, to the point and efficient in getting things done. They accepted my dental discount program and also offered financing options as well. I am looking forward to getting my teeth back on track and I am confident in Aspen Dental ability to do it! My only complaint would be the wait time in the front lobby...unfortunately that seems to be a norm in the medical/dental field especially at bigger offices.

I was dreading my visit! My denture had broken and I was devastated and so nervous! But, the wonderfully talented technicians were able to fix them on site!
My hygenist is wonderful. Usually my visits are wonderful but this time I was not happy with the receptionist. I did not feel like she was friendly or courteous. She called me up to the desk, no hello, just stated I had an outstanding balance I needed to take care of? Well come to find out it was payment for that days visit. Everyone else in the office is so polite but this receptionist was not. Honestly I do not want to pay for my visit until it's over.... personal preference. Tell your receptionist to get a personality
