Five day delay to appointment with a severe tooth ache. Called by the office the night before the appointment if re-schedule was possible (my answer was no). Then asked if I would come in about 45 minutes before the appointment time. (I said yes). After that EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! CARING, KIND AND HELPFUL. A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE! Looking forward to the next visit, DR Frank explained every thing well.
Brittaney is the best ever, and I have been to many in my 70 yrs. dr. Ellis is so kid and considerate and a great dentist. Gabrielle and the rest of the team make you comfortable and relaxed. I will never go back to a private dentist again.
