Very nice and polite. Always works hard to get me seen fast. They remember me by name. They always make sure I am comfortable.
Other then a very long wait, I got impressions done and that went well. Staff was great!
The X-ray tech,, hygienist and dentist were great, explaining everything they were doing during my periodontal exam and cleaning. The only problem I had was my appointment was for 4:45 and I waited until 5:20 to get called back for the exam.
Sarah and the Dr whom examined me were thorough, and their recommendations were understandable and good for my situation.
I was very nervous as. not being to the dentist in years. Everyone was very kind and I left feeling confident in my choice of a dentist
Friendly and helpful
So far so good. Incredibly friendly staff from arrival til the end. Love the fact you know up front the costs. I need a lot of work. Not sure about all of it like the deep cleaning v's regular. Especially bc insurance doesn't cover that. So more $$than I thought/wanted. That part seemed a little too assembly line. I'm a new patient and literally have panic attacks at the thought of anything dealing with dental. So time will tell how they handle that/me. Any pain or lack of patience with me and I'll be running for the hills.
My dentist made me feel comfortable. She is very funny and makes you feel at ease
