I hadn't been to the dentist in a little over a decade. The entire staff were super friendly. I was basically screaming internally out of worry. Worry of pain, but most of all worry of payment. The doctor was very informative and the schedule/bill pay lady showed me every single option lowest to highest cost. I honestly had my doubt because of the "chain dentist" stigma. The dental assistant helped me to relax and was very friendly and professional. Dr. Harper answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and cordial. His repot and deminor put my mind at ease. He made sure I was comfortable and ready before starting. He did my extraction quickly and painlessly! I will continue to go to this particular office on a routine basis. The staff is awesome! I'm not scared of the de rust anymore thanks to these guys!
Very nice and helpful. Listen to my concerns. Tried very hard to fix my problem areas. Only thing I would have liked to see my dentist more often.
