It was a very difficult process dealing with my mom, she is elderly and doesn't understand instruction. The crew was very supportive and spent a very long time over a course of three days to get her to understand. It was a team effort by everyone involved in the process of making the dentures. We were not able to make the dentures and I was referred to a specialist. Thank you
