Made me feel welcome loved X-ray tech she was really great what she does Dr was very nice took time explain what needs to be done care plan
My front tooth cap fell off, the staff and Dr were very comforting . Andra really made me feel very relaxed. Only thing with scheduling I called an 800 number and diff to get in, if Delta Dental had a local number and they knew I just need the crown put back on , I m sure they could have gotten me in earlier. I work for Memorial Hermann and we have to have at least one open apt per day to get that person in. You work in an tourist destination.
New dentists are 100 times better than the last goof ball dentist you had at that location
Friendly workers! Got in early to my appt. and they seen me early to take care of me.
Hygienist was very tender in working on my mouth
The staff was very nice. However ,it took a lot longer to get my teeth than I had expected.I had seen Dr Rudder at Afordable dentures in Lenoir City.And I was expecting to come in one morning , and have my dentures that afternoon..But instead, it has taken almost 2 months..But they feel better than any that I have ever had.I just cannot eat with them yet.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I felt like they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

Everything was great except the temp in the building . It was freezing cold .the service was great .Yes I will recommend friends to visit your facility for the best dential work in East Tenn.
