I'd not been to an Aspen Dental office before. The Rome office was convenient to me, spotless, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They took X-rays and both a dentist and hygienist examined me. I planned on going in for a cleaning only, as I was overdue; but I did appreciate the protocol of their completing an exam to see what other problems might exist. Everyone from front desk to Bella and Dr Myers were AWESOME!
I was seated quickly and asked a few questions& if I had any. They explained what teeth they were extracting & how the procedure was done. I had three teeth in total removed & was there for under an hour. It was quick, simple & worry free.
Great experience. First time there and everyone was very personable.
