Good customer service
Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
The dental assistant is amazing. She has a wonderful interpersonal style. I think the staff did the best they could with a challenging and odd situation. I always felt like they had my best interests in mind.
I went in for my 6 month Prophy and exam. The front desk staff was very friendly, Janelle got me signed in quickly and Audeliz reviewed what would be done that day so I knew what to expect and how much it would cost at the end. Bella brought me back right away and addressed any concerns I had prior to starting my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating of my son who tagged along. Great service. Nice people and gental doctor.
Dentist was great! Eased my dental fears and gave reassurance. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the checkout girl seemed like she was in a rush cause I was the last patient of the night.
