Melissa Rice is my hygienist at your Canandaigua location. Melissa has great customer service skill. Melissa also demonstrates excellent technique when cleaning my teeth.
Good cleaning, reasonable price
My experience has been very nice so far I am unable to afford insurance so I have to pay full out of pocket so the only thing I am unhappy with is the cost but the people all have been very friendly and pleasant .

Half hour wait. Thought that was long since I had an appt for over 6 months. First two were recordings on the phone. The third was a text and the last was a live office person the day before. A little excessive I think. Hygenist I have had before and very good. Very thorough and told me all about the toothbrush she used. A dentist did not look in my mouth for just a cleaning? Overall good experience.
