From the initial phone call to the check in and all the way through, it was apparent that the folks at Aspen believe in good customer service. Melanie, Hillary, Stephanie and Dr. Mabrouk made me feel comfortable, and respected. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
I felt that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait a long period of time in the waiting room and my appointment was effective and efficient. I appreciated the level of care that went into helping me figure out a plan that works for me. The staff really was above and beyond helpful.

I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled. Everyone was very nice and the tooth was pulled and I am feeling much better. Thank You. I will continue my dental care with Aspen.
The crew there listened to my concerns and helped me in the most gentle way imaginable.
Everything went smoothly. My procedure was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. Everyone was friendly and professional.
I went in for the free xray and and dental exam cause I dont have insurance and I was told I need false teeth. :) Already knew that. But they worked with me till I could get financing that I could live with to get it all done.
I felt the whole thing went well until the end. I left there feeling I was being pushed into having work done when I clearly said I was not ready for that. But a very knowledgeable staff for sure.
Have to wait too long in waiting room.
